HISTORY

Christ Community Christian Center Church was chartered July 1, 1983 under the name Christ Community Ministries, Inc.  We, Pastor Walter K. Laidler, Jr. and Mrs Carrie L Laidler, held the first public worship service in our living room on Thursday, November 24, 1983, with seven people in attendance (5 adults and 2 infants).

We met in our home 16 months and then moved to the 2-acre Brunnell Parkway site.  Christ Community jointly shared the use of these facilities with Lakeside Church of the Nazarene (now Lake Givson Church of the Nazarene on Sunday
